These terms accurately govern the current informational site. Before Stripe is activated, Breauti must publish and link transaction terms that match the approved payment model, product, price, fulfillment window, cancellation rules, and customer-support process, and must require acceptance where appropriate.
Acceptance and legal capacity
By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use and the linked Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Browsing, operating the customizer, selecting a preset or custom support-interest amount, viewing a funding target, or reading a possible early-access statement does not submit or save that amount and does not create an order, contribution, reservation, discount entitlement, investment, partnership, agency relationship, or other transaction.
If a future checkout opens, you must have legal capacity to enter the transaction. A minor may purchase only through a parent or legal guardian who accepts the applicable checkout terms and is authorized to use the payment method.
Current informational status
The site currently provides brand information, digital concept imagery, a browser-based style customizer, policy pages, and a public Product Plan. Checkout, payment processing, customer accounts, product ordering, preorder collection, paid support, and email marketing are disabled.
A displayed amount, funding target, product configuration, saved selection, screenshot, render, or video is informational. It is not an offer, order acceptance, deposit, delivery guarantee, security, equity interest, debt instrument, charitable solicitation, or promise of future value.
Product information and visual studies
All shoe models, videos, still images, customizer views, colors, materials, components, packaging, and product descriptions are digital visualizations or development studies unless a page expressly identifies a physical verification. They are not photographs or proof of a finished consumer product. Final color, finish, dimensions, proportions, construction, fit, comfort, performance, materials, component placement, packaging, costs, schedule, availability, and appearance may change.
Planned qualities such as comfort, durability, water resistance, crease resistance, slip resistance, animal-free composition, environmental benefit, or production readiness are targets until physically tested and documented. A render is not proof of fit, safety, material composition, precious-metal content, gemstone identity, or long-term performance.
Unless a future verified specification says otherwise, yellow-gold and diamond-like elements represent color and design direction—not a claim of solid gold or natural diamonds. A live product page must disclose the actual materials and any material difference from the imagery before payment.
Future orders and order formation
If checkout opens, the product page and checkout will identify Breauti LLC as the seller, describe the item, show the total price and currency and required taxes and shipping, disclose delivery timing and restrictions, and link the binding policies before the customer submits payment.
An order is subject to payment authorization, inventory or production availability, fraud review, and Breauti’s order confirmation. Breauti may reject or cancel an order for a genuine pricing or description error, unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, legal restriction, failed payment, or inability to fulfill. Any captured amount for a cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.
Breauti does not plan to process donation-style or reward-based support payments through this site. Any future payment for a pair will be a separately described product preorder or sale under the checkout terms; a prior statement about possible early access or introductory pricing does not reserve a pair or create a price or discount entitlement.
Stripe and payment processing
Breauti plans to use Stripe Checkout for eligible one-time payments only after Stripe confirms that the exact business model is eligible. Stripe is a payment-services provider, not the seller of the Breauti product and not responsible for Breauti’s product description, fulfillment, customer support, refunds, or returns.
Stripe, financial institutions, card networks, and enabled payment-method providers may apply their own terms and may authenticate, decline, reverse, or dispute a transaction. Breauti remains responsible for its obligations to the customer. Payment-card details should be entered only into the verified Stripe checkout; Breauti does not plan to receive or store full card numbers through its own site.
Breauti will use a recognizable statement descriptor, issue a durable receipt, record the terms accepted at checkout, and operate signed production webhooks and idempotent order handling before live mode. More information about payment data appears in the Privacy Policy.
Permitted use and intellectual property
You may view the public pages, operate the customizer, and save a personal screenshot or link for noncommercial evaluation of the Breauti concept. You may not interfere with the site, bypass security, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that harms availability, impersonate Breauti, or use Breauti branding or imagery to market a competing or counterfeit product.
The Breauti name, logos, artwork, videos, renders, model presentation, customizer interface, copy, and other original materials are owned by Breauti LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Public access does not transfer ownership, manufacturing rights, source assets, trademark rights, or a license to commercialize the design.
Availability, disclaimers, and responsibility
Breauti may update, suspend, or remove a development feature, concept, plan, or public page while the product evolves. The current site is provided on an “as available” basis for general information and design evaluation. Breauti does not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
To the extent permitted by law, Breauti disclaims implied warranties concerning the public website and digital study. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, a warranty, statutory guarantee, refund, or other remedy that applicable law does not permit Breauti to exclude or limit.
You are responsible for your device and browser security and for confirming that a payment page is the verified Breauti Stripe checkout before entering financial information.
Applicable law, changes, and contact
These terms are governed by applicable United States law and, where a choice is permitted, the laws applicable to Breauti LLC as a Mississippi company. That choice does not remove a non-waivable consumer, privacy, accessibility, cancellation, warranty, or dispute right available where a user or customer lives. These terms do not currently require private arbitration or waive class-action rights.
Material changes receive a new effective date. Transaction terms accepted at checkout will remain available with the order record and will not be changed retroactively to remove an attached right. A verified support@breauti.com inbox and physical business or return address must be published before payments open; current status is available on the Contact page.
