Breauti does not plan to process donation-style support or reward-based fundraising through this site. Before a long-lead preorder or product sale opens, Breauti will disclose the exact model, product description, fulfillment timeline, and business activity to Stripe and confirm that the flow is eligible. These policies support that review; they do not guarantee approval.
Current transaction status
Checkout and payment processing are disabled. A funding target, selected preset or custom support-interest amount, possible early-access statement, product configuration, screenshot, saved look, or link does not submit or save payment information, charge you, reserve a pair or discount, create an order, or form an investment or lending relationship.
If a charge claims to be from Breauti but you did not complete a verified Breauti checkout, contact your card issuer or payment provider promptly and use the Contact page to verify the channel. Never send a full card number, bank credential, password, or identity document by ordinary email.
The Stripe launch gate
Before a payment button is activated, Breauti must complete Stripe account verification and disclose the exact business model. The current plan is to treat money collected for a pair as a clearly priced product preorder or ordinary product sale—not as a donation, contribution, or paid support tier. Breauti must also disclose the expected time between payment and fulfillment, the product’s actual materials and value, and the cancellation and refund exposure.
- A verified business name, support email, phone or other reliable contact method, and physical business or return address where required.
- An accurate product description, full price and currency, taxes, shipping cost, delivery estimate, refund terms, and a recognizable statement descriptor.
- Stripe-hosted or embedded Checkout configured with links to the then-current Terms, Privacy Policy, and return and refund policies, plus required acceptance at checkout.
- Tested receipts, signed webhooks, idempotent order handling, inventory controls, refund operations, dispute records, and a reserve sufficient for refunds and chargebacks.
Interest and product payments stay separate
Early-production interest
A statement that Breauti may later offer early access or introductory pricing is informational only. It does not collect money, join a paid tier, reserve inventory, guarantee priority, create a discount entitlement, or promise that production will open. Any interest-list feature added later must clearly state its privacy terms and remain separate from checkout.
Future product preorder or sale
A payment for a pair will be treated as a product preorder or sale—not a donation or contribution. Before payment, the checkout must identify the available quantity and size, actual material specifications, total price and currency, taxes and shipping, expected fulfillment window, cancellation right, return process, and what happens if production is delayed, materially changed, or cancelled.
Visual gold and diamond-like elements in the current digital model are design directions. If a future product uses precious metal or natural stones, Breauti must update the product description and obtain any additional Stripe approval required for high-value goods.
Cancellations and refunds
Because no payment is active, the following is a launch baseline rather than an offer. The final checkout terms will control only after they are presented and accepted before payment, and they cannot remove non-waivable rights.
- No payment today: the current site charges nothing, so there is no contribution, preorder, reservation, or discount entitlement to refund.
- Future product preorder: planned cancellation for a full refund before shipment, unless a more protective statutory rule applies; post-delivery returns are governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy.
- EU and UK consumers: applicable distance-selling withdrawal, refund, and legal-guarantee rights remain available and are not replaced by a shorter project policy.
Approved Stripe refunds will be sent to the original payment method unless law requires otherwise. Breauti will initiate an approved refund promptly and notify the customer. A card refund commonly takes approximately 5–10 business days to appear after initiation, depending on the financial institution; a reversal may instead remove the original charge.
Errors, fraud, and disputes
Breauti will maintain a customer-support path for duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, suspected fraud, missing refunds, and order disputes. Customers should contact Breauti promptly so the issue can be investigated, but nothing in this policy limits a lawful card-billing dispute, chargeback, statutory cancellation, or consumer-protection remedy.
Breauti will not issue cash for a card transaction unless required by law. It will preserve the checkout disclosure, accepted policy version, receipt, customer communication, order status, refund record, and tracking or delivery evidence reasonably needed to resolve a legitimate dispute without collecting unnecessary sensitive information.
Records, changes, and contact
Each live checkout must record the product or payment description, amount and currency, policy version, consent or acceptance state, payment status, refund status, and fulfillment status. Records will be retained only as long as needed for fulfillment, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations, and enforcement, then deleted or de-identified where appropriate.
Material policy changes receive a new effective date. A later policy will not be applied retroactively to remove rights attached to a completed transaction. A verified support@breauti.com inbox and public business or return address must be active before payments open; until then, use the Contact page only to verify launch status.
