A product checkout must not open until Breauti has a credible production plan, an accepted wearable prototype, stated inventory and sizing, a defensible delivery estimate, a tested customer-support and refund process, and confirmation that the exact preorder model and expected fulfillment delay are eligible for Stripe.
Current status
Breauti has not accepted an order or preorder, produced a customer-ready production pair, collected shipping payment, or opened a return channel. Quantity, size range, final materials, production location, carrier, eligible destinations, taxes, duties, delivery estimate, and return address remain unconfirmed.
The current first-wearable-pair milestone is an internal development objective. It is not a customer order, inventory item, sample that has passed wear testing, or promise that a production pair can be delivered.
Information required before an order
The product page and checkout must clearly state the legal seller, product description, actual materials, size and configuration, quantity limits, total price and currency, taxes, shipping charge, eligible destinations, import duties or brokerage responsibility, available payment methods, expected shipment or delivery window, address-change deadline, cancellation right, return process, and verified support contact.
The customer must receive a durable order confirmation—normally by email—showing the accepted product, amount, policy version, estimated timing, and contact path. A payment authorization alone will not be treated as proof that an order has been accepted or can be fulfilled.
Delivery promises and delays
Breauti will advertise a shipment date or range only when it has a reasonable basis grounded in an accepted prototype, written supplier plan, material availability, capacity, quality-control steps, and carrier timing. Estimates will be identified as estimates unless a date is expressly guaranteed.
For U.S. Internet orders, Breauti will ship within the time stated at checkout or, if no time is stated, within the period required by the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. If the promised timing cannot be met, Breauti will send a delay notice and obtain the customer’s agreement to wait or cancel the unshipped order and issue a prompt refund.
Tracking and delivery confirmation will be provided when available. Risk of loss and title will pass only as stated in the binding checkout terms and applicable law; the policy will not shift carrier loss to a consumer when the law assigns that risk to the seller.
Cancellations and returns
The planned customer-friendly baseline is a full cancellation before shipment and, for U.S. consumer orders, a return request within 30 calendar days after delivery for an unworn pair returned with original components and reasonable protective packaging. The live policy must state whether return shipping is free, how exchanges work, and any lawful deduction for damage beyond ordinary inspection.
For EU and UK distance sales, applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain available. A customer generally has 14 days after receiving goods to notify the seller of cancellation and another 14 days to return them. Refund timing, standard-delivery costs, and any lawful exception will be handled under the customer’s applicable law.
A configuration option will not automatically be treated as a “personalized goods” exception. Breauti will rely on such an exception only if the pair is genuinely made to the customer’s specification, the law permits the exception, and the consequence is prominently disclosed before payment.
Defects, loss, and damage
The live policy will explain how to report a wrong, incomplete, damaged, missing, or materially defective shipment; the photographs or packaging reasonably needed; carrier-claim responsibility; and whether Breauti will repair, replace, reduce the price, or refund. Customers will not be required to waive a non-waivable warranty or consumer remedy to obtain support.
EU consumers generally receive a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as advertised. Any commercial warranty offered by Breauti will supplement rather than replace statutory conformity rights. U.S. customers retain warranties and remedies that cannot lawfully be disclaimed under applicable federal or state law.
International and local consumer rights
Breauti will open only the countries it can lawfully serve and support. Before targeting EU or UK consumers, it must provide trader identity and contact information, prices inclusive of required taxes, delivery restrictions and cost, cancellation instructions and any required model form, a durable confirmation, and applicable legal-guarantee information.
Customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage charges will not be shifted to the customer without clear pre-payment disclosure. Nothing in this policy removes a mandatory right available where the customer lives. A verified support@breauti.com inbox and business return address must be active before orders open.
