The future product page, policy links, consent step, hosted Stripe Checkout, error recovery, confirmation, receipt, refund path, and support path must be tested together with keyboard, screen reader, zoom, reflow, contrast, and reduced-motion settings. A hosted component is not a substitute for testing the complete customer journey.
Commitment and scope
Breauti aims to provide people with disabilities equal access to the information and functionality offered through its public fashion pages, Product Plan, policy pages, media, and browser-based style customizer. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the design and testing target because it supplies a practical technical baseline.
Breauti also treats accessibility as a legal and customer-service responsibility under applicable law, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and, when applicable to the service and market, European accessibility requirements. This statement does not claim that the current site has passed a formal conformance audit or that meeting a checklist resolves every user barrier.
Measures in the current site
- Skip links, semantic landmarks, structured headings, descriptive control names, and visible keyboard focus.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, galleries, media controls, dialogs, and customizer sections where those controls are present.
- Responsive reflow, zoom support, reduced-motion handling, adequate text contrast, and no essential instruction communicated by color alone.
- Text-based Product Plan and current-selection summaries so core information does not depend on understanding a video or 3D model alone.
Future checkout and support
If Stripe Checkout is activated, the product description, full price, delivery timing, policy links, terms acceptance, payment fields, validation messages, authentication steps, success page, receipt, order-status communication, cancellation process, and refund request process must form one understandable and operable journey.
Before launch, Breauti will verify logical focus order, keyboard access, programmatic labels, instructions and errors, status announcements, enough time to complete a transaction, zoom and mobile reflow, contrast, touch-target size, screen-reader output, and an accessible way to obtain the same assistance without using the 3D customizer. The production configuration will not rely on pointer dragging, color perception, animation, or a single sensory characteristic for an essential action.
A verified support channel must be available for customers who encounter a barrier. Breauti will not ask a customer to email full payment-card details, passwords, or unnecessary identity documents.
Testing and known gaps
The real-time 3D customizer, changing video imagery, complex material previews, pointer-based scrubbing, and future transaction flow need continued manual testing across browsers, screen readers, keyboards, touch devices, high zoom, forced-colors or high-contrast modes, and reduced-motion preferences. Automated scanning alone does not establish conformance.
Breauti will prioritize barriers that prevent access to essential product information, policy terms, payment, confirmation, cancellation, returns, or support. Where immediate remediation is not possible, Breauti will make reasonable efforts to provide an effective alternative while addressing the underlying issue.
Current target: WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Current claim: an active improvement program, not third-party certification or blanket legal conformance.
Report a barrier
Use the Contact page to confirm the active support channel. When it is verified, include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, what happened, your device and browser, any assistive technology, and your preferred way to receive the information. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or sensitive identity documents unless a secure verified process specifically requires them.
Breauti will acknowledge an accessibility report, investigate it in proportion to its impact, make reasonable efforts to provide the requested information or service in an accessible way, and track high-impact remediation. A verified support@breauti.com inbox must be created and tested before payments or customer support open.
